Our online verification solution automates the hiring process whilst ensuring that the Consultant/candidate meets the employment requirements of Ensphere Consulting as well as our clients.
In order to do criminal checks, we utilize the South African Police Service via AFISwitch (Automated Fingerprint Identification System).
The AFISwitch technology, is software that interfaces with the SAPS AFIS for the purpose of criminal background enquiries. Ensphere Consulting’s representatives have trained individuals who are able to effectively operate the AFIS system.
Checks that are performed are as follows:
- Credit Bureau Reports (TransUnion & Experian)
- Tertiary Academic Qualifications (Local & Global)
- Professional Association Memberships (Local & Global)
- D. Verification
- Matric & Secondary School

Client meeting to create a thorough Project Scope/Job spec, detailing competencies, niche skill sets, team fit.

Analyze requirements to be able to provide a bespoke solution/resource. Targeted selected screening ensures correct resources are put through for consideration.

Match respective candidates with suitable roles and projects.

Provide accurate CV’s to clients, highlighting specific skill set and competency levels.

Background, reference checks performed including Personal Profiling should the client request this service.

As an added benefit, we are able to assist both client as well as consultant/candidate with final contract negotiations where required.

Follow up with client as well as consultant/candidate for a period of three months to ensure adequate support and services are being provided.
